FS series – Sanitary air operated double diaphragm pumps

The FS-serie, constructed with FDA 316SS Ra0.8 stainless steel, sets the standard for sanitary AODD pumps. Offering a flow capacity of up to 37m³/h and system pressure capabilities up to 8.3bar, it excels in demanding sanitary environments. The hygienic design showcases self-emptying flow channels and a rotating bracket, facilitating easy draining and cleaning. Tri-clamps enable swift tear-down and reassembly, supporting deep clean operations.

For enhanced versatility, an optional flap valve is available, allowing the pump to handle various materials. Self-priming and adept at handling solids up to 9.5mm (ball valve) or 50mm (flap valve).
