Plastic bevel gears offer a lightweight, low-noise alternative to steel and stainless steel gears, ideal for varied applications without lubrication. Our range includes three specialized types:

PA6 Nylon glass-fiber-reinforced bevel gears for high torque and low-speed applications, with options meeting EU and FDA food safety standards. POM acetal resin bevel gears excel in high-speed, low-torque settings, offering excellent dimensional stability, wear resistance and chemical resistance—also safe for food contact. Polyketone (PK) bevel gears stand out with enhanced impact and chemical resistance, delivering smooth operation at higher temperatures. Each variant is precision-crafted and customizable for a perfect fit in every setup.
